Speak to Julie if you have any questions or concerns which cannot be resolved by your Unit Leader or Commissioner. Julie will also deal with all queries about the general administration of Girlguiding in the Region and the Region Office.  For the time being, Julie is retaining responsibility for Region events, conferences and Region led international trips.

Mary is the Region Office Deputy Manager and is the person to speak to in Julie's absence.  Otherwise, contact Mary for information on expense claims, invoices, Guiding grants and loans, and general accountancy enquiries.

Yasmyn works in the Marketing and Communications Team, looking after the Region's website and creating and issuing the e-Newsletter.  Please get in touch if you have stories and/or photographs for inclusion on the website!  Her usual working days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Alice works in the Marketing and Communications Team, managing the Region’s social media platforms and providing graphic design, photographic and film content. Alice liaises across the Region providing information and support on all things social media and would love to hear from you if you have any stories of content that could be shared.

Sarah-Jane manages the Marketing and Communications Team. She leads on external stakeholder engagement including partnerships, ambassadors and liaising with the press and media. She is developing and delivering the regional Engagement Strategy.

It will usually be Lucy’s voice you hear if you phone the main office number. Lucy provides PA support to both the Chief Commissioner and the Executive Manager.  She is also Secretary to the Region Awards Sub-Committee and the Learning and Development Sub-Committee, and provides admin support to the Region's Lead Volunteer Trainer Co-ordinators and Trainers. Speak to Lucy if you have queries regarding online shop orders, about room bookings for St Ann's Manor, or for information on Guiding Awards.

Melanie works alongside the Chief Commissioner and Executive Manager as Secretary to all the Region Committees.  She can also help if you have a query relating to the Region's online Events Booking Site.

Clair leads the Region Office Membership Support Team. Her primary responsibilities are for Membership, Growth & Retention, and new volunteer and young member enquiries.  Clair can help with registration queries from Unit Leaders and advise parents who are concerned about waiting lists, and she can assist with membership support and membership systems.

Emma is working with Clair on Membership, Growth & Retention and helping with new volunteer and young member enquiries. Emma is the main point of contact for Lead Volunteers. Her primary responsibilities are for membership support and membership systems and she can assist with queries relating to GO.

Sarah is our Volunteer Recruitment Officer, looking after Bristol & South Gloucestershire, Devon and Gloucestershire. Sarah focuses on recruiting and retaining volunteers. She works in the Region office on a Monday and on the road in her focus areas the rest of the week.
