Mary is also a guiding volunteer for a Rainbow unit, her leader name is Honeybee, and her main role as a Brownie leader where she is known as Brown Owl. A random fact Mary runs the Brownie Unit that her Mum started in the 1970’s so essentially she joined at 7 and has never left. Due to Marys length of service in the same area a number of her former Brownies have gone on to be leaders within her district.
