I’m Emma and my focus within the SWE MGR team is retention. I believe that by giving girls and volunteers their best life experiences, they’ll continue to engage and grow with us. Along the way, we can share their amazing Girlguiding stories throughout our communities, and encourage others to join the fun!
I work as a Community Health & Wellbeing Worker and I also run youth creative workshops. As you can probably tell, I am passionate about everyone having the opportunities to be the best they can be.
I live in the far west of Cornwall and enjoy making the most of the beautiful local countryside and beaches.
