"I'm part of the Membership, Growth and Retention team at region. We are working together to help support our current members and find ways to support recruitment. I'm a Brownie and Guide leader in Somerset, and have been a leader for over 30 years.
I am all about equal rights and empowerment. I feel it's important to help the girls develop through the sections, as they are the organisation's future - and they have brilliant ideas for it! I like to ensure all are aware of the opportunities available to them and encourage them to try for them when possible. I enjoy playing D&D and love Alice in Wonderland."
