We are so delighted with this heartfelt thanks from BGOT, upon receiving the monies raised from the World Thinking Day badges. We were able to raise an amazing £7,893.40! Well done to everyone!
"We are overwhelmed by your generosity and will be using your donation to help fund our trip to Montserrat in May when we will be giving the leadership team training, supporting the island commissioner and council in changing their governance, helping the leaders with Go and other administrative tasks, meeting parents, visiting the units and meeting the girls and meeting island government representatives and H.E. The Governor.
We will also set up a county hardship fund along with a county travel grant fund both of which will help those in financial need."
