In collaboration with Dartmoor Zoological Society, we’re offering adult volunteers a unique, adults-only opportunity to experience an overnight stay at Dartmoor Zoo.
This event is open to registered adult volunteers and promises two days packed with behind-the-scenes activities, animal encounters, and the rare chance to experience the zoo after dark.
What’s included
Day one
Your adventure begins with a full day of activities led by Dartmoor Zoo’s expert staff, including interactive workshops and animal encounters.
Once the zoo closes to the public at 4pm, you’ll set up camp and enjoy a series of special after-dark activities. An evening meal is provided, though participants should bring a packed lunch for day one.
Day two
The day starts at 8am with breakfast, followed by striking camp. You’ll then be free to explore Dartmoor Zoo at your own pace, with the option to take part in practical activities before departure. A packed lunch is provided for day two.
All participants will also receive a commemorative event badge.
