'We have had a wonderful day of football with Christelle and on World football day! Christelle likes to work with a maximum of 20 girls at a time so we broke the day into 6 x 1 hour sessions starting at 9.30am and ending at 4.15pm. Christelle is a wonderful ambassador and adjusted each session according to the girls ability and willingness to take part! We've received some lovely feedback today which has made it all worth while.
Over the course of the day Christelle has inspired 92 young members (a mixture of Rainbows, Brownies and Guides) to give football a go with a few girls encouraged to join a local team. I would be very happy to host an event for Christelle again in the future and highly encourage other leaders/commissioners interested in arranging something for their girls to do it.
