I am the Inclusion and Belonging Officer for the National Trust and work on a wide range of projects related to the National Trust’s Inclusion and Diversity commitment, ‘Everyone Welcome’. I joined the National Trust as a voluntary intern in 2015 and have since worked in Visitor Experience at National Trust properties across North Devon and on the ‘50 Things to Do Before You’re 11 ¾’ national campaign before joining the central People Engagement team to help develop the ‘Everyone Welcome’ programme. I loved being a Rainbow, Brownie and Guide when I was younger, building lasting friendships, interests, and confidence. I am excited to bring my skills and experience from the National Trust to help support Girlguiding’s ongoing commitment to be an inclusive and equitable space for everyone, empowering girls and young women to use their voice, make change and achieve their full potential.
