"I am a Brownie leader from Hayling Island in Hampshire East. I have been a leader for over 40 years and have held appointments at all levels of Guiding. I was a county commissioner and am currently a trainer, LiT coordinator and mentor.
I retired early from being an infant school headteacher so have experience as a designated safeguarding officer, and links with social services and other agencies.
Currently I am the vice chair of governors at a local infant school, where I have responsibility for safeguarding."
