Diversity and inclusion is about embracing and celebrating our differences, and ensuring we give all our members, both girls and volunteers, the same chances. It is something we are passionate about as an organisation and we would like to introduce you to the region's Inclusion Team.
We want to highlight the inclusion advisers across the counties and islands who make up the bigger inclusion team. We are working together to promote and support inclusion for girls and volunteers across the whole region. If you don't already know, please take time to find out who your local inclusion adviser is. You can also find a huge range of inclusion resources and information on the Girlguiding website. These include adjustment plans, communication passports and wellbeing plans that are highlighted in the Diversity and Inclusion e-learning on the Learning Platform.
